List Preapproved Tools

/api/v2/tools/preapproved/

List pre-approved tools, optionally filtered to those available to an org.

org_uuid is the org's external identifier and takes precedence over the legacy integer org_id when provided — it is resolved to the org's pk so callers that only hold the UUID (e.g. a workspace's owner org) can scope the list. A malformed or unknown org_uuid yields an empty result.
