Submit Project Lca

/api/v2/projects/:project_id/lca/submit/

Submit the project's LCA for verification.

Accepts an optional force_status in the payload which, in non-production environments, jumps the LCA directly to that status (e.g. "approved"). This is the non-prod shortcut for the API Quickstart flow.
