Upload Project Lca Document

POST
/api/v2/projects/:project_id/lca/documents/

Upload a document to the project's current LCA version (multipart).

Pass replaces_document_id to supersede an existing document: the new file inherits its stage/document_type and the old one is deprecated atomically (kept for the paper trail). Omit it to add the file alongside the current documents.
