Delete Project Endpoint
DELETE/api/v2/projects/:project_id/
Delete a project. Only draft projects can be deleted.
SMA-2565: this is a soft delete — the project is hidden from every read and list endpoint but the underlying record is retained. Still returns 204 so the contract is unchanged for existing callers.
