/api/v2/projects/:project_id/timeline/

Return the granular LCA + EPD lifecycle timeline for a project.

Read-only and derived entirely from existing data + the pghistory event store. Degrades gracefully (null dates) on legacy projects.

Now a plain workspace-read endpoint: the staff-only gate from the initial SMA-2160 rollout has been removed, so any project member sees the timeline. Access is workspace membership alone — a non-member still gets a 404 (not a 403 that would confirm the project exists).
