Discard Reference Revision

/api/v2/epds/:epd_id/revision/discard/

Discard an open revision of a reference EPD ("Discard revision").

Returns the EPD to its approved version: approved status, the approved constraint version, and the document, reference values and field locks it was approved with. The revision's draft version is archived. Accepted while the revision is a draft or flagged (changes requested); 409 revision_in_review while the verifier has it, 409 no_revision_open when there is nothing to discard. Requires write access to the EPD's workspace.
